Thank you for shopping with Zack’s Workshop! We take great care in ensuring your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently offer shipping within Canada and United States.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days

    • Local Delivery (within Halifax Regional Municipality - HRM): 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Local Pickup

  • We offer free local pickup from our Pickup point. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Free Local Delivery (HRM Only)

  • Free local delivery is available for eligible orders (orders over 40 CAD) within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

  • Customers must select the correct delivery method at checkout. We may not be able to change the delivery method after the order is placed.

  • Please verify your address eligibility before selecting local delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days, please contact us at info@zacksworkshop.ca.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

  • Certain large or oversized items may have additional shipping restrictions or surcharges.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • Zack’s Workshop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with filing a claim.
