Pickup: It's absolutely free. You can collect your order yourself, usually within 1-2 business days. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup point is located in Bedford, Nova Scotia. The exact address you will see during the ordering process.

Local Delivery: For orders over 40 CAD, if your delivery address is within our local delivery zone in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), you can enjoy FREE local delivery. Please ensure you select this option correctly if you reside in the local delivery zone, as changing the delivery method after placing the order may not be possible. Check your address for eligibility before ordering.
