Help! My paint has thickened or dried out

Our kits are made for fun, not for forever storage 😊
The included paints are water-based and come in simple snap-lid containers, which are not fully airtight. Over time — especially after a few months — the paint may start to thicken naturally or even dry out completely.

Don’t worry! Here's what you can do:

If the paint is thickened or clumpy:

No problem — it's easy to fix!

  • Add a few drops of clean water into the paint pot.

  • Stir well with a toothpick or a small stick until smooth.

  • Let it sit for a few minutes and stir again if needed.

Most of the time, this will bring your paint back to life and ready to use!

If the paint is fully dried:

Sometimes, after a long time or exposure to air, the paint may dry out completely.

  • First, try adding a few drops of water and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.

  • Then stir and see if it softens.

  • If the paint is too far gone — we’ve got you!

Help! Something’s missing from my kit.

Our kits are packed by hand with lots of care — but once in a while, something might slip through. If you open your set and notice that a piece is missing, don’t worry — we’ll fix it at no cost to you!

What to do:

  • Send us a quick message (email or contact form).

  • Let us know which kit you have and what’s missing.

  • We’ll send the missing piece — free of charge, of course.
